Acceptance Practice

One of the main causes of inner tension, anxiety, resentment, and emotional exhaustion is our resistance to what has already happened or to circumstances that are beyond our control. We often spend an enormous amount of energy trying to change people, situations, and events that we cannot change, while overlooking the areas of life where our actions can truly make a difference.
This simple practice is designed to help cultivate inner peace, wisdom, and the ability to recognize the difference between what must be accepted and what can be transformed through conscious action.
It is recommended to perform this practice after your daily “I AM” meditation or state of presence practice.
Close your eyes, take several slow and conscious breaths, turn your attention inward, and slowly repeat the affirmation 3 to 7 times with full awareness and intention.
For best results, practice daily for 21–40 days.
Acceptance Mantra
I AM Peace
and I accept and release what I do not have the power to change.
I AM Courage and Strength
and I change what I am able to change for the highest good of all.
I AM Wisdom and Knowledge
and I recognize the difference between the two and act in accordance with this knowing.
I AM Truth.
I AM.
I AM.
I AM.
Over time, this practice can help develop greater trust in life, reduce inner resistance, and direct your energy toward the changes that are truly within your power to create.
